Your Role
The Segment Intelligence Manager is responsible for gathering and analyzing market data to provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization. This role involves monitoring industry trends, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities in specific market segments. The Segment Intelligence Manager works closely with segment teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and enhance the organization's competitive advantage.
What will you do?
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within specific market segments.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies.
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Collaborate with product development teams to define target customer profiles and develop customer-centric product strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to segment team on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence databases and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization's business.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and messaging strategies.
- Support segment sales teams by providing market intelligence and competitor analysis to help identify sales opportunities and improve sales strategies.
You will report to National Segment BDM in OFA.

We believe that you are a successful marketing person with extensive experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or a related field.
Ideally you are coming from the industry and market dynamics relevant to the organization's business.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
You have a university degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights. Proficient in using data analysis software and tools, such as Excel, SPSS, or Tableau.
You have ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
