Your role
You will lead the data quality improvement projects, by working closely together with the PLM data team and the organization, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Set up the necessary KPI’s to follow up data quality level in the PLM platform and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders.
You will develop and implement a data quality strategy and roadmap that is aligned with the PLM overall roadmap and the company goals and act as the primary point of contact for data related requests and issues.
Work out process changes to improve data quality input in the PLM platform and provide training for data owners, while organizing the knowledge capitalization.
You will ensure the integrity, security, and quality of data within the PLM system, implement data governance practices to maintain data consistency and accuracy liaising with Key Users and PLM data team.
You will assist in onboarding new entities on the platform, by developing an onboarding template that assures the quality of the data is there from the start.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project leader in an engineering department.
- Strong project leadership and the ability to motivate people.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Good understanding of the technical aspects of the 3Dx PLM platform, Catia, Autodesk Inventor and CTP2.0.
