Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Asst Manager Facilities to oversee all building-related activities. He/she will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.
The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs.

Key Responsibilities
- Management of housekeeping, hygiene, pest control and Supervise FM agency for Facilities – Elect (Utility), HVAC, Garden, STP/DG/Lifts, Gate/Visitor Management, Air supply, Water Supply, Parking Management, plumbing & other services.
- Plan and manage the maintenance and upkeep of all facility & utility equipment along with factory maintenance team
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and general maintenance. Coordinate with service providers for AMC, breakdown maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Good knowledge and hand on experience related to Fire detection system, firefighting system and site security systems like access control, CCTV, BMS etc.
- Support SHE for FM deliverables on ISO certifications (ISO 45001/9001/14001) and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and Energy management system (ISO 50001).
- Close co-ordination with SHE to Liaise with regulatory bodies for obtaining statutory approvals, consents and maintain legal compliance for site.
- Space Management: Optimizing the use of space within facilities, including allocation, layout, and configuration
- Lead office and facility renovation/modification/repairing and expansion projects.
- Oversee office premises and work on the well maintenance and upgradation of company infrastructure all the time.
- Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact across facilities and explore and implement green technology solutions where feasible.
- Monitor energy consumption, waste management practices and review energy consumption and strive to minimize costs
- Identify training needs for team members.
To succeed, you will need
Requirements and skills
- Graduate Engineer (Preferably Electrical), post-graduation in business administration or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential, or equivalent would be advantage.
- Proven 10-12 years’ industrial experience in facility management or relevant position
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental and ENMS regulations
