Product Engineer Dryer

The Role

1. Project development follow CtP (AtlasCopco Concept to Project), make it successful including time plan, budget, cost, specification, etc.
2. Technical wise you have to take multi-functions tasks like
   • Design functional system
   • Work with supplier and lab to build function prototype
   • Work with lab team to test unit at different conditions
3. Work with mechanical team (Probably India team) and production team to finalize design
4. Meanwhile, you also have to support both marketing and after service.
5. During the design, not only focus on performance, but also safety, environment and energy consumption (please consider different directions like production, transportation, service, final user, etc )

What we expect of you? 

Experience requirements

1. Prefereed working experience over 3 years
2. Experience related on desiccant Dryer is recommended.

Knowledge/Educational requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering (Mechnical, process-Equipment, Thermal Engineering and/or Refrigeration Engineering)
2. Good at English, both reading/writing and oral
3. Advanced user of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, project…)
4. Project experience and knowing Atlas Copco ways are preferred.
5. A master of using at least one computer-aided-design software, such as SOLIDWORKS, UG, Pro-E, ETC, INVENTOR is a plus
6. Familiar with product standards, DFMEA, safety review and relater legal requirements,

Pan-Asia Gas Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Pan-Asia”) was founded in Jan. 2016 as a whole owned company in Atlas Copco group. Pan-Asia now belongs to Industrial Air Division in Compressor Technique business area of Atlas Copco.

Pan-Asia is a R&D and manufacture center for OIS compressors, refrigerant dryers, air receivers and small filters, further improving the efficiency of the assembly operation for OIS compressors and air treatment in East China. All the products cover 9 brand within Atlas Copco, including brand: Bolaite, Liutech, Quincy, Linghein, Chicago Pneumatic, Ceccato, Pneumatech, Shenda and of course Atlas Copco brand. As the diversity of the products, Pan-Asia is able to supply the whole product portfolio in compressor room in various industry segments, like general manufacture, cement and automobile.
