Job Title: Specialist_Logistics (for KRN)
Division: Supporting (Logistics)
Report to: Team Leader_Logistics
Location: Pangyo
PURPOSE OF THIS JOB
1. Logistics specialist proceed with purchase orders by recording and processing through SAP and ensure that customer orders are fulfilled.
2. In order to handle customer and internal requirements satisfy and promptly at the logistics site, she or he focus on all tasks such as purchase order management with close cooperation and proactive attitude based on professional knowledge and skills.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Purchase order processing and Delivery management.
- Record the purchase orders in SAP or make sure that purchase orders are reached to a Product Company or External suppliers.
- Select the most efficient shipping flow and find ways to save on shipping cost.
- Prepare periodic delivery status reports and has regular meetings with sourcing team.
- Monitor and find a solution for orders that are expected to be delayed in delivery and sharing them with the production team.
- Prepare documentation such as invoice & packing list, import declaration for shipment.
- Process refund and exemption of customs duties with customs.
- Handle customs clearance, inbound, directly delivery and 3PL warehouse usage.
- Draw up cost sheet and submit to finance depart.
- Create a new item & vendor master with the request of sourcing team in accordance with the material master process and policy.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders.
- Support of the other departments/functions (engineering, production) regarding logistics related issues.
- Work with the finance team to ensure payment or refund are well managed.
- Ensure compliance and security of the data.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Logistics or SCM.
2. Knowledge/Skill
- Strong interpersonal skills and facilitation skills to effectively interact with all stakeholders.
- Meticulous, responsible, and positive working attitude.
- Communication by English is required e.g. email or virtual meeting.
