Your Role
Mission/Purpose of the Job :

Main Responsibilities :
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the management level so that the organization’s human resource strategy is aligned with other business strategies. Evaluate the organization’s future workforce needs in order to set up organization’s human resource strategy. Plan and drive human resource programs to meet these business needs.
- Lead the human resources function to ensure that People Management processes are in place in accordance with ‘The Way’ in order to support the future growth of the business, also ensure compliance with all local employment rules and regulations.
- Ensure that all activities and programs related to human resources are implemented in accordance with the organization’s human resource strategy, which can secure the capacity, competence of the organization for its business ambitions.
- These may include: recruitment; talent review, training and development; remuneration; benefits; performance evaluation; organizational development; employee communications including Insight and the activities around Insight.
- Lead, evaluate, and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure that the organization’s human resource strategy is implemented effectively;
- Develop the employer branding in the market;
- Making sure that the needs from China is on the global HR agenda for the Business Area as well as supporting with best practices
- Implement a learning and development plan for all employees and ensure continued learning opportunities.
- Closely interact with the Holding to ensure that the national rules from group are followed.
- Be responsible for recruitment and implement a state-of-the art recruitment strategy
- Ensure that cyclical HR activity (e.g. annual salary review, VC, talent review, insight survey, wellbeing) is executed effectively and efficiently within area of responsibility.
- Ensure that the business complies with all relevant regulations, laws and organizational policies and that all HR issues are proactively managed.
- Support managers with sourcing and selecting high caliber candidates, advising on profiling and psychometric tools as appropriate. Ensure that Prokura process is followed and that all vacancies are posted across all internal job markets.
- To be involved in wider HR projects either relevant to country or more globally, as appropriate and as directed by the Divisional VP HR.
- To take a lead role in roll out of global HR projects to employees as required, in agreement with the VP HR.
- Collaborate with other members of HR team in NEA as appropriate to align ways of working and share best practice globally
- Collaborate with SHE to promote a Healthy and Safe workplace for all employees
- Maintain a strong connection with employees in area of responsibility.
- Monitor AC group required BCOP training annually from local side.
Promote Company culture including employer branding, EVP, D&I, etc.
To succeed, you will need
Experience requirements
- 5years + experience in HR with the majority of that time spent in a generalist role, preferably in a multinational company. Very good knowledge in all fields of human resources, e.g. recruitment, payroll, learning & development, employee relationship management, compensation & benefits
Educational requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-graduate HR qualification
Language
- Good command of English communications is must, Chinese/Korea is plus
