Sales/Marketing/Competition Analysis /Planning
To cover sales in the area of North Eastern Bulgaria. Monitor the market and competition. Track the market shares (orders won - lost) within the territory. Gather information about the market. Track CT equipment in operation (AC, Competitors). Provide the necessary reports.
Share information about new potential business with management.
Participate in seminars, exhibitions and contribute to other marketing activities when required.
B2B Development /Customer Satisfaction /Increase Market Share
Support the AC Group’s vision “First in Mind, First in Choice” by nurturing a Customer-Care driven culture through visits, telephone calls and correspondence and support of distribution network to preserve that Atlas Copco is in a leading position.
Actively promote the complete product range under responsibility. Visit the clients on a regular basis, understand their needs and prepare customized technical proposals and commercial offers. Support our distributors.
Cooperate closely with the Service Team. Aim to measure your market and competition, act proactively in responding to your customer demands. Escalate any concerns /issues or request that you cannot handle with your colleagues to your immediate manager while preserving the respect towards your colleagues.
Consult with direct manager proposal details as pricing, type of product, parts and service, warranty.
Cooperate closely with Accounting and the Credit to follow up promptly all payments and collections for the invoiced contracts.
Training & Development
Be responsible of improving your specific knowledge set related to products range and sales/marketing skills. Actively follow specific educational or training actions or activities organized by the company or group (E-Learning is also included). Report your progress in the Learning Database. Review your progress with your Manager periodically.
Provide on the job training coaching and support to new recruits or any colleague who is assigned by your Manager.
Experience & Knowledge
Degree/diploma in Engineering.
2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, in Sales or Marketing related roles.
Commercial experience in industrial sales.
Excellent command of the local language and good command of English is a must.
Good computer Knowledge is a must.
Previous experience in the use of a CRM system is highly desirable.
Clean Driving license.
