My name is Nadia Dayi. I’m Global Business Manager in Atlas Copco Industrial Technique, a world leader in developing and supplying assembly tools and software for Smart Factory and Industry 4.0. I will be your manager in Sweden. 

About the job 
Your mission is to make sure that we expand our value proposition with increased sales of Station Ergonomics solutions in assembly operations, supporting our Motor Vehicle Industry (MVI) and General Industry (GI) strategies, as well as our product portfolio. Station Ergonomics solutions include: Torque reaction arms, tool holders and holsters, balancers, etc. that we want to make smarter and more connected. 

Your mission includes: 

  • Identifying customer needs and market trends in collaboration with the customers - internal and external
  • Evaluating business opportunities / ideas, in-line with nail it then scale it concept
  • Prioritizing new products to be developed to increase our foot print in Station Ergonomics and get the strategic orders
  • Defining new functionalities for the products and support R&D teams to deliver full value
  • Launching new products
  • Empowering the sales organization to gain knowledge on this area
  • Leading competitor analysis activities together with Customer Centers, other Product Managers and R&D to understand better the Station Ergonomics landscape

You will be part of the Marketing team in Sweden and you will work in close and agile collaboration with the  R&D team in Sweden as well as with your customers (Customer Centers, Application Centers). With their support, you will enable our growth in the Station Ergonomics area, to be “First in mind, First in choice” in the eyes of our customers worldwide.

What we expect from you 

  • Relevant Marketing and/or Sales experience with high level of customer orientation 
  • Technical academic degree within Mechanical Engineering or other relevant area 
  • High application knowledge around assembly workstation
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication skills with different stakeholders, at all levels of hierarchy 
  • Ability to take responsibility and manage work load with “self-prioritization” 
  • Pro-active, accountable and result oriented
  • Extensive global traveling to visit our customers and build competence in the Customer Centers and Application Centers
