Including Edwards, Tentec, Henrob etc.. · Provide legal advice in a variety of areas to the Atlas Copco Group with focus on the UK-business. · Serve as a business facilitator by managing the agreement process in a variety of cross boarder commercial transactions including sales, service, rental, purchase, distribution, software, joint development, IPR, confidentiality, financing, real estate purchase and lease. Such support includes serving as an expert advisor on the correct allocation of risk and to create commercially valid solutions · Work with compliance and corporate governance · Managing the legal part of international transactions including M&A
· Hold a University degree in law with additional relevant work experience of approximately 10 years · Be solution and business orientated with a practical approach. What we are looking for is a business lawyer that is just as interested in doing business as doing it "right". · Have previous experience of working in an international environment within different legal areas is an advantage · Be service minded with a low key attitude, however always with integrity · Be independent and structured · Have the ability to handle a variety of issues in several countries simultaneously – manage sales from UK entities, if Edwards selling to Japan, base don English law. · Be interested in working in a team with global internal customers/clients . Be a team player · A technical interest is an advantage – i.e Engineering companies / technical specs
