Purpose of this Job 


  • Identify the segment with highest potential and increase presence of compressor solution in line with guidance from industrial air technique division.
  • Manage key accounts, develop new accounts to grow the direct sales at the responsible territory.

Accountabilities


  1. Adhere to all Company policies, procedure, business ethics, and code on all sales activities.
  2. Achieve the successful sales target of all related products in assigned territory
  3. Explore the best possible way to develop direct sales to achieve sales target
  4. Provide all necessary information, trainings and support to key accounts.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationship with the identified key customers.
  6. Schedule and attend visits to potential new customers to develop business.
  7. Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
  8. Keep commitments, seek feedback to continuously drive customer satisfaction
  9. Make report as required by BLM on all sales related activities and market information
  10. Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time as per BLM’s instruction.
  11. Be the business driver and analyze the market for opportunities and new trends
  12. Develop relevant knowledge and skills, particularly on products & solutions
  13. Comply to Business Code of Practice and the way we do things in all business activities
  14. Safeguard safety processes at all times – especially at driving

Qualifications 


  • ~ 4 year of experience in sales in industrial area, preferably utility application
  • Good command of Korean and English, both written and spoken
  • Degree in technical/engineering or business discipline
  • Self-motivated and sense of urgency
  • Good of sales presentation, planning and organizational skills
  • Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to positively persuade, convince and impress others in order to achieve results.
