Atlas Copco grows both organically and through acquisitions. To create alignment we use the Atlas Copco Book, which describes our culture, strategy and leadership model.
No matter where we are located or how long we have worked in the company, we all regularly discuss the Atlas Copco Book, which keeps us up to date and explains our mission, vision, strategy and culture.
The book is rolled-out in in the organization in a circles format. The President and CEO of the company starts the process by discussing the content of the book together with his or her management team. Afterwards each member of the management team goes through the same process with their direct reports. The circles process continues until everyone in the organization has taken part in a circle session.
